Sewage problem

Description

The Romanos Project is located in Zouk Mikael, on Property No. 631. The project’s sewage system is connected to the Jounieh Municipality network because the neighboring property falls within Jounieh Municipality’s jurisdiction. Approximately six years ago, [name removed] (mobile: [number removed]) damaged the main sewage duct where it passes through his property. This sewage line had originally been installed and approved by Jounieh Municipality. Since then, the sewage duct has remained damaged. Despite repeated efforts, neither Jounieh Municipality nor [name removed] has cooperated adequately with Zouk Mikael Municipality and the owners of the Romanos Project to resolve the issue. The situation has become extremely serious. The sewage produces an unbearable odor and attracts large numbers of insects, creating significant health, hygiene, and environmental risks for residents and neighboring properties. This condition is entirely unacceptable and requires immediate intervention. We respectfully request that all concerned parties take urgent action to repair the main sewage duct and permanently resolve the problem.
